Same-Day Frigidaire Washer & Dryer Repair in OC

I had a very small window of time to get my dryer looked at. It had been making a horrible screeching noise. So they gave me 10-12 and Andrew was at my house at 10:15. He was very efficient and professional and fixed my dryer as well as cleaned it and even eliminated another noise it was making. I had plenty of time to make it to my next appointment. Would use this company again.

I had a 9 year old clothes washer leak all over my garage. The next morning I contacted these guys on yelp and they were able to send a technician over that afternoon. Andrew showed up on time and very quickly diagnosed the problem, checked a couple other areas just to make sure, and got my machine back and working order. Thanks!

Very prompt response to my request and within 5-10 minutes I had an appointment scheduled for the next morning. Andrew was professional, competent, and quick. I will definitely remember this company and use again. Regarding the Yelp experience, I suggest that when you send a service request through Yelp, be aware of what company you are responding to because Yelp sends your request to several other companies and it would be easy to schedule with a different company than you the one you originally chose. You will get multiple texts and phone calls within minutes. A plus for expediency, but a little confusing if you just wanted one estimate.

The best!! It was so straight forward to communicate with this team, my questions were answered, and a rough estimate was given so there were no big surprises. Andrew was super nice and helpful. Overall service took about 2-3 business days to review the issue, get parts ordered, then another visit to repair/replacement of the shocks. Timeline made sense for us since the washer wasn't unusable. Andrew definitely knew what he was doing and explained to us the process along the way. I plan to always call Andrew and this team for any appliance issues.

They fixed our 24 year old Whirlpool dryer, which has been a reliable workhorse for our family. We didn't want to replace it so this company came by and fixed it for a fair price. Now it is running beautifully again and hope to get another 20 years out of it. Thanks guys!
