Our front load Maytag was not fully draining so I called Dryerfix to come take a look. Igor diagnosed it as clogged drainage holes in the rubber gasket and noted that it was partially torn which could eventually become a leak risk so I had him replace the whole gasket, which i was willing to do since that would get rid of the mold that had developed from not leaving the door open when not in use. Igor did a great job and explained how to deal with the drain holes should they ever get clogged again. Appreciated his knowledge and expertise.

They were quick to call back with an estimate, and set up an appointment. My tech came right at 9. (I was given a 9-12 window) Igor was pleasant, professional, and didn't mind my questions. Diagnosed the problem pretty much immediately, and replaced the broken belt. All cleaned up and finished in less than an hour. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Alex is the technician and he was kind, informative and professional. He fixed the issue quickly. They have a warranty on the parts and labor, but hopefully I won't have to worry.

Excellent company! Had my dryer inspected and Dimitri let me know the issue and how it could be fixed. Very experienced. And very honest. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Appointment scheduling was easy and he was on time and super efficient. This is the go to company for appliance repair.

Had called to get a service done on our dryer that was having issues. Was able to get a same day appointment and came and diagnosed the issues while explaining to me how the internals worked inside the dryer. Thought that was pretty cool which he didn't have to do. My washer was acting up. I got quick response and had Igor come out the next day. I found out what was going on in that the electrical box had turned off. I had a problem with it not spinning the water out. I did a load and it worked fine. Then the second load didn't spin the water out. He ended coming out again and I was only charged one service call. He explained what he thought was wrong transmission. I decided to just buy a Speed Queen so I don't have issues with a new washer that would only last 4-5 years. Speed Queen is the only reliable machine. Other machines are made to break. Even Igor agreed
