Thank you Michael for fixing our dryer and getting us back up and running! Michael came out first for a diagnostic. He was quick and friendly. When we learned that the heating element needed to be replaced and we weren't sure if we wanted to repair or replace the machine, Michael was honest about his recommendation, but respected our choice to think on it. He came back today to repair the dryer and was here and gone within the hour. My diagnostic fee went towards the total for the repair even though it was almost two weeks later. Quick, efficient, and kind. Would absolutely recommend to others.

Our refrigerator stopped refrigerating. I had a technician from another company come out, and he diagnosed that the compressor went kaput. He provided a bid to fix it which was so high, we thought, why fix it? Just buy a new one. But I thought I'd give Yelp a try. Sent a request out to 6 contractors. Andrew responded quickly and offered a great price. At first they couldn't come out right away since they were booked. But they were able to fit me in after a cancelation. Technician Andrew was friendly, knowledgeable, professional. I now have a fridge that's running like new! Excellent communication from Andrew, great customer service from Andrew. Look no further for your appliance repair needs!

Amazing service! Super fast response. I contacted them around 8am and they were here by 10am and spent about an hour fixing it on the same day! Absolutely professional and did great work. Will definitely be using them again in the future. I have a GE stackable and they had no issues replacing the parts on the spot.

Igor arrived within the 2hr window as promised. He was very professional, courteous, & respectful of the property. He was relatively on the faster side for the replacement of a roller and accessory belt. It was about a 30 minute service. This wasn't really a concern since you're paying for their expertise and labor, plus I did need to leave and didn't to get stuck waiting an hr or two. He did have the parts for immediate service which was a plus! I would definitely recommend them and will be a return customer for any possible future services. By the way we've had these LG washer and dryer since 2008 and have been trouble free until this service. So kudos to LG for products that last!

I set up a project in Yelp and got 6 quotes in a couple of hours. Kevin was one of the first to get back to me with a competitive price and could accommodate my request time a few days in advance. Kevin handled all communications in a timely manner and was very polite and knowledgeable. After describing my issue, he immediately knew what the issue was and what parts were needed so the quote was accurate and quick. Kevin himself arrived on time per appointment and performed the repair in about 30 minutes. He ran a test cycle before leaving and gave me some advice to prevent future breakdowns. His warranty is good for 90 days and and after 2 weeks of daily use, I can see the repair was effective. Highly recommend Kevin and his work for any future repairs!

My dryer stopped heating up so I requested an inspection in the evening and Kevin had my dryer fixed the next morning. While he was here, he also replaced my dryer belt and fixed my dryer door switch which hadn't worked for years.Saved me from having to buy a new dryer so I'd definitely recommend!
