Absolutely Fantastic, Fantastic, Fantastic. Did I say Fantastic?!?!? Igor our technician that came to our home is Absolutely Amazing!! He is very knowledgeable and skilled in his profession. He is very kind and explains the problem on hand and provided recommendations for future maintenance to help keep our washing machine up and running. The gentleman who handles the scheduling is also very courteous and professional. I Absolutely hands down recommended Appliances Repair USA Inc. Excellent work by Andrew! He worked on my washer. My washer was showing the UB error code, which was annoying. He came out, checked the washer, and found that the suspension rods were worn out. He ordered the part and came back the next day to install it. The washer works brand new. I recommend them. They are fast, affordable, and honest.

Highly recommend Igor and this company DryerFix. Scheduling was easy, communication was great, and I was notified when he was on the way. He showed up on time, quickly assessed the problem with my washing machine, and was very professional throughout the visit. Excellent service overall.

Andrew did a great job repairing our GE dryer door. He did an initial assessment, diagnosed the issue, ordered the necessary part and completed the repair two days later after the part arrived.

This is my second time using Appliance Repair. The first instance was top notch and this was no exception. Making an appointment to inspect my Samsung refrigerator was simple, I was given a time frame and Andrew the technician let me know when he was on his way and his ETA. Andrew is well versed in Samsung refrigerators. He was very professional explaining the situation, cause and remedy. The repair was quick. I really liked the fact that he showed me the before and after of exactly what was repaired/replaced. Bottom line is that this company is very knowledgeable, professional and timely.

Well deserved perfect score! I want to add my experience to their great service reputation. I called in the afternoon to ask for someone to look at my LG washer, there was coordination in scheduling, phone calls, text updates, they even send me a picture of the person coming 20 minutes prior to arrival. Great coordination and communication. Roman was punctual, professional, and did a thorough inspection of my washer. VERY reasonable trip charge and ended up that was my total bill. Will certainly use them again if I have any appliance repair needs. Big thanks to them!

We reached out to DryerFix when we had a drainage issue with our old washer. Andrew came out to help us again and quickly diagnosed the issues (mostly due to the age and design of the machine). He provided us with a clear estimate for the cost of repairing the multiple issues and gave us a candid assessment of the washing machine. The diagnostic fee was well worth the information he provided, which helped us decide to replace the machine.
