DryerFix was prompt and courteous. Troubleshooted the problem quickly and gave me the estimate which was reasonable. They fixed the problem in a few minutes that would have taken me all day. The dryer has been running great! I highly recommend. In fact, I gave their number to a friend. Thank you.

First and foremost do not go to DryerPro (https://dryer-pro.com/). They are scammers - absolute scum of the Earth Now that that's out of the way, my technician Kevin was great! Explained the problem, was punctual, professional, etc. Would highly recommend and will go back to them if needed in the future

He is very kind and explains the problem on hand and provided recommendations for future maintenance to help keep our washing machine up and running. Ivan and Andrew came together to schedule a last minute dryer repair for me. Clean work and a great job! Very excited to have my dryer working again.

Excellent work by Andrew! He worked on my washer. My washer was showing the UB error code, which was annoying. He came out, checked the washer, and found that the suspension rods were worn out. He ordered the part and came back the next day to install it. The washer works brand new. I recommend them. They are fast, affordable, and honest.

The best!! It was so straight forward to communicate with this team, my questions were answered, and a rough estimate was given so there were no big surprises. Andrew was super nice and helpful. Overall service took about 2-3 business days to review the issue, get parts ordered, then another visit to repair/replacement of the shocks. Timeline made sense for us since the washer wasn't unusable. Andrew definitely knew what he was doing and explained to us the process along the way. I plan to always call Andrew and this team for any appliance issues.

Great fast service, easy to schedule! Messaged via Yelp on a Thursday, appt Fri AM, parts ordered and fixed by Mon AM. Andrew did the inspection of a washer that was shaking and found worn out shock absorbers. Note, I had a different appliance repair company come and did not find anything wrong on inspection, which did not seem right. Thanks Andrew for finding and fixing the issue, very professional!
