Alex the technician was great explaining the issues and options for repairing the dryer. $350ish for a thermostat repair (including replacing the thermister) for my LG dryer was higher than I hoped given the part is a 20$-40$ , but Alex cleaned out the dryer (lint and embedded hair on the rollers) with a brush and portable vacuum and relubed the drum rollers. Was in and out within 45 mins. He asked to check the exhaust vent airflow as well and recommended to get it cleaned out as well to maximize airflow by using a service or doing it myself. Very nice and professional. He even offered to take off his shoes for those that don't wear outside shoes inside the house. Definitely recommend if you're not handy or in a rushed need to get the repair done waiting for ordered parts after diagnosing the issue.

I had a 9 year old clothes washer leak all over my garage. The next morning I contacted these guys on yelp and they were able to send a technician over that afternoon. Andrew showed up on time and very quickly diagnosed the problem, checked a couple other areas just to make sure, and got my machine back and working order. Thanks!

Very prompt response to my request and within 5-10 minutes I had an appointment scheduled for the next morning. Andrew was professional, competent, and quick. I will definitely remember this company and use again. Regarding the Yelp experience, I suggest that when you send a service request through Yelp, be aware of what company you are responding to because Yelp sends your request to several other companies and it would be easy to schedule with a different company than the one you originally chose. You will get multiple texts and phone calls within minutes. A plus for expediency, but a little confusing if you just wanted one estimate.

The best!! It was so straight forward to communicate with this team, my questions were answered, and a rough estimate was given so there were no big surprises. Andrew was super nice and helpful. Overall service took about 2-3 business days to review the issue, get parts ordered, then another visit to repair/replacement of the shocks. Timeline made sense for us since the washer wasn't unusable. Andrew definitely knew what he was doing and explained to us the process along the way. I plan to always call Andrew and this team for any appliance issues.
