Had a misunderstanding about pricing. Work was done fast and well. Owner called and resolved the issue.
The best!! It was so straight forward to communicate with this team, my questions were answered, and a rough estimate was given so there were no big surprises. Andrew was super nice and helpful. Overall service took about 2-3 business days to review the issue, get parts ordered, then another visit to repair/replacement of the shocks. Timeline made sense for us since the washer wasn't unusable. Andrew definitely knew what he was doing and explained to us the process along the way. I plan to always call Andrew and this team for any appliance issues.
I cannot say enough good things about this business. I've had to use them twice in the last three months because our washing machine broke, then the dryer broke! When I looked up how much a new set of the same brand would cost me (around $3000) I decided to price out getting them fixed. This company put me at ease right away by responding to my text within 30 minutes- they asked that I send a photo of the unit with make and model, and a brief description of what was wrong. An hour later- I had an appointment for the next day and a text message with a photo of the technician I could be expecting. For single women, or homemakers who are alone until the evening, or army wives, this is VERY reassuring. When the tech arrived, he quickly worked out what was wrong, explained it to me, and gave me two options to fix it. Same amazing customer service when I needed this done again for the dryer. Both times I had my machines in perfect working order by the time they left. In fact-they improved it! The washer had made a rattling noise that drove me nuts- and they fixed that too. The dryer door was in bad shape due to kids overzealously slamming it shut for the last ten years- and now it closes smoothly with no creaky squeaky noises! I will only use these guys to fix my appliances now- and I've told all my friends and family they no longer have to buy new appliances with this company nearby! The total cost for repairs on two units was around $800, but I could have had just the basic repair for around $600 for both. I am VERY happy that I was given the information to decide on my own what was most important to be repaired. Also, both techs that I got are from Ukraine, and in our household... we stand with Ukraine.
After reviewing several listings on yelp, I contacted DryerFix to repair a Whirlpool washer. The response was fairly fast, and I was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Thankfully, my case wasn't urgent. I appreciated the text notification, identifying the technician who would be at my door within xx mins. Roman was polite as well as conscientious to work efficiently and tidily. The error "5d" suggested I was using a non HE detergent in a HE washer. However, I showed Roman the detergent. He started an empty wash cycle to diagnose the problem, slow to no drainage. Roman used a translation app to explain that he'd disassemble the machine to access the drain pump and filter. He soon found and showed me the small pieces of fabric that were causing the problem. The technician recommended I have the washer maintained every 3 years. This is probably the first time!! I ended up paying $110 for an hour-long appointment. I appreciated Roman's time, resolution and professionalism.
I'm going out of my way to leave a 5/5 review for this company across all platforms. Igor came to my house to fix my dryer. I never thought I could be so impressed with service, but these guys really know how to perform. From booking, to project completion, they were great.
My LG wash tower came out with a U5 error code ... Alex came to repair the machine twice and he got it fixed. Thank you so much for fixing this.

I wanted to post an update the technician reached out and is taking full responsibility to correct the issue. He apologized for the delay and explained the situation, which I really appreciate. He's been communicative this time and is making things right with the repair. Mistakes happen, but the fact that he followed up and is working to fix it shows good character and professionalism. I'm glad to see the effort to make it right.
Excellent service. Excellent repair person. No surprises. Washing machine is back in service.
