After reviewing several listings on yelp, I contacted DryerFix to repair a Whirlpool washer. The response was fairly fast, and I was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Thankfully, my case wasn't urgent. I appreciated the text notification, identifying the technician who would be at my door within xx mins. Roman was polite as well as conscientious to work efficiently and tidily. The error "5d" suggested I was using a non HE detergent in a HE washer. However, I showed Roman the detergent. He started an empty wash cycle to diagnose the problem, slow to no drainage. Roman used a translation app to explain that he'd disassemble the machine to access the drain pump and filter. He soon found and showed me the small pieces of fabric that were causing the problem. The technician recommended I have the washer maintained every 3 years. This is probably the first time!! I ended up paying $110 for an hour-long appointment. I appreciated Roman's time, resolution and professionalism.
Why aren't there SIX stars for exceptional. I am truly grateful to know that there are such wonderful people in the world. I requested service on a washing machine, sent pictures and explained the problem. The owner texted back and forth almost diagnosing the problem remotely. He explained to me that the board that had burnt out and with the cost of the parts and install it would cost maybe $400-500 to repair. I told him I wanted to go ahead and he then sent me pictures of new washing machines for $600-$700 telling me that he didn't think it was worth it for an older machine. The amount of time he invested to convince me that I was making a mistake is astounding. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate his integrity. The world would be such an amazing place if all service providers were like this. Please, please, please use this business. In my 30+ years of hiring people this is one of the best experiences I have ever had and all I can do to give back is hope that people see my review and hire them for work. Thank you, thank you, thank you for restoring my faith in humanity
Our dryer was starting make loud, high-pitched sounds. We called around 8:30pm and the dispatcher was pleasant to speak with. Described our issue and said a technician could come out the next day. After ending the call, the technician asked if they could arrive early in the morning, which we agreed to. The next day, Kevin advised that he would arrive within 30 minutes which he did. Inspected the dryer and said that he could complete the work in 30 minutes as he immediately knew what the issue was. 20 minutes later, Kevin completed the work and made sure it was to our satisfaction. Great communication and excellent work!

The gas earth quake ball engaged and so there was no gas! Should have called the Gas Company! Was happy that Alpha Omega can out and diagnose the issue. Prompt, reliable and friendly!
Our front load Maytag was not fully draining so I called Dryerfix to come take a look. Igor diagnosed it as clogged drainage holes in the rubber gasket and noted that it was partially torn which could eventually become a leak risk so I had him replace the whole gasket, which i was willing to do since that would get rid of the mold that had developed from not leaving the door open when not in use. Igor did a great job and explained how to deal with the drain holes should they ever get clogged again. Appreciated his knowledge and expertise.
Andrew came to take a look at our washer. He gave us an go estimate opinion as to the issue with the washer. He arrived within the time window given by them and called us 15 minutes before arrival. We are very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them. Their charges are very reasonable.
Our Kenmore dryer stopped heating so called based on previous reviews. This team responded fast and had my dryer back working quickly! Great value and awesome service...highly recommended!
Excellent company! Had my dryer inspected and Dimitri let me know the issue and how it could be fixed. Very experienced. And very honest. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Appointment scheduling was easy and he was on time and super efficient. This is the go to company for appliance repair.
