My washer was acting up. I got quick response and had Igor come out the next day. I found out what was going on in that the electrical box had turned off. I had a problem with it not spinning the water out. I did a load and it worked fine. Then the second load didn't spin the water out. He ended coming out again and I was only charged one service call. He explained what he thought was wrong transmission. I decided to just buy a Speed Queen so I don't have issues with a new washer that would only last 4-5 years. Speed Queen is the only reliable machine. Other machines are made to break. Even Igor agreed

I gave him the model # on Saturday afternoon and he arrived on time Monday morning with the right part. It was fixed in no time. He also had great advice about not only the washer but other appliances in my home. Repair guys always leave stickers on my appliances in hopes I will call them again in the future, but I generally peel them off. I was so happy with this company that I left the sticker and will call them again if needed in the future. I'm really happy to have a go-to repair guy and would recommend him to anyone.
