Excellent work by Andrew! He worked on my washer. My washer was showing the UB error code, which was annoying. He came out, checked the washer, and found that the suspension rods were worn out. He ordered the part and came back the next day to install it. The washer works brand new. I recommend them. They are fast, affordable, and honest.
Great fast service, easy to schedule! Messaged via Yelp on a Thursday, appt Fri AM, parts ordered and fixed by Mon AM. Andrew did the inspection of a washer that was shaking and found worn out shock absorbers. The best!! It was so straight forward to communicate with this team, my questions were answered, and a rough estimate was given so there were no big surprises. Andrew was super nice and helpful. Overall service took about 2-3 business days to review the issue, get parts ordered, then another visit to repair/replacement of the shocks. Timeline made sense for us since the washer wasn't unusable. Andrew definitely knew what he was doing and explained to us the process along the way.
